Yote destroyed by rage!!!

Before I got my hawk, it was bowseason and boy do I love now season. I was sitting with my Mathews in a tree stand in the far wood of my families farm. Anyways this little coyote decides he's gonna come in to bow range but he walked right infront of a rock but I didn't care, I was killing this sucker so I shot and the rage broadheads put a hole in him I could stick my fist through but it hit the Rock, sent sparks everywhere, and shattered my arrow. But I didn't really give a crap. It was one less fawn killer on the farm!

Rages definitely put a hole in stuff. Nice shot.
During off season, coyotes with a longbow are a blast. I might use my recurve i just built to get one. Michigan just opened up a year round coyote season. Hopefully this will reduce the numbers quite a bit.

Thanks, I would've preferred the rock not being there though. I heard about that year round season, Defenitely gonna do some damage

I shoot the exact same combo. DXT with Rages, never failed on me once.

Nice coyote. Wouldn't use mechanicals on anything bigger.

this morning I had saw two yotes BOTH came to the turkey call
one caught a whole load of turkey shot.
