It's horribly cold in Canada during the winter, but our summers are worth the wait. Around 74°F today, sunshine all day, with 5 pm showers to cool down the evening. It's light outside until around 10 pm.

I've been to Texas in September, in Austin and down around San Antonio. It was incredible. Warm, humid, and lush with greenery. When I got back to Alberta the following week, the leaves were already turning yellow, orange and red. What a wonderful world we live in.... :)

Come to Canada for a summer vacation Outrider!! You won't be disappointed, I promise you!! Texas hospitality is legendary, but Canadians can throw a good hoedown too, and your money is worth 35% more here!! :)

i traveled thru Canada back in the late 60's during the winter. it was great. i loved walking around in a ske-doo suit with the zipper down at 40 below 0 weather in Calgary.. i do good in cold weather and not so good in the heat.. i'v always kind of wished to move up there. but, the older you get, the faster life goes by.now, i would have to wait about 3 months just to get a passport.. :D

111 yesterday
110 today.

Colorado isn't too far away.

Low 80's here in afternoon and that's a heat wave. 68 right now.

Looking forward to fall.
