Computer advice

Looking at getting a new computer to play the game, my laptop doesn't meet the specs anymore.
Is there a good, not outrageously costly laptop for the game, or a good desktop though space is limited. I play theHunter and Sims4 programs mostly so don't need heavy duty. No custom computers please, that is all Greek to me.
