Hdd, no ssd. Hdd is good for backup, but system and games should be run on a ssd (at a gamer-pc).
(Psu is big enough, has enough w, should handle the cpu and gpu easily.)

I wouldn't even consider running this system with a 350W power supply. Although that GPU should only draw a maximum of 120W, the Nvidia recommended minimum system power requirement for a rig with this GPU is 400W. Experience has taught me that it's always better to have a bit of a buffer when it comes to power.

Could not agree more with this. I had a PSU fail me a few weeks ago, and had to replace the whole thing. I have the GTX 1060, but 6GB, not 3GB...I would recommend the 6.
