Try "qwertycraft". Everybody on it is about 16-25. I think the forum thread was deleted after they got enough people, but it is worth a look.Scub177 wrote:So I didn't sort through the nearly 8 pages.. You're not the only one to do that. That was a truly impressive build. He said that he did use a bit of MineEdit and MCedit, but still very impressive!A1n4n0o4 wrote:i always ask myself how they do that.

Re: Any Minecraft players here?
FINALLY got myself minecraft. i've been having great fun messing around in creative mode making an automated house (well, automatic doors and cooked food supply anyway) and plenty of TNT cannons to protect it.
also, ive had a go at doing it properly in single player. ive found a little bit of diamond and i've finally made an automatic wheat farm and a minecary elevator

First of all, Sorry for quoting such an old topic, But i just have to.Magnum1973 wrote:You can play on peaceful or in creative mode and the food won't make a difference. I think tomorrow is the last of the updates to it, and then they are cleaning up the code and getting ready for it's official release in November. I never thought a game based on squares could be so addicting. Addicting enough that I rent a server. lol
Look at Super Mario Bro's and the early Mario titles, it's still considered 1 of the best games ever made. If you ask ANY old school gamer what they think of the old NES SNES and NIN64 Mario games they'll scream at the top of their lungs "AWESOME!" I have to admit, I'm hardly what I'd consider a 'Old school' gamer (My first console was a SNES in around 1997/1998) and even I believe Mario titles beat all these new games like Assassins Creed, Skyrim etc. Admitting Mario didn't have the option of Multiplayer, BUT IT WAS FUN AS HECK WITHOUT IT! Most of the games released now days are only fun because of Multiplayer.
I have to admit, I Do like playing the new games in Multiplayer, But I'd still prefer to sit in a room of a few mates and pass the NES or NIN64 controller around. Actually, Maybe I am an old school gamer, since most of the 'new school' gamers go 'Huh o.O' when you tell them there is 2D Hawk eye Grand Theft Auto games.
Anyway on-topic, I Don't really play minecraft as I find it gets boring quick now days. I Loved it around 1.6-1.7 But after that it seemed to become too... Well boring...

Re: Any Minecraft players here?
ive just combined this bud switch:

this microwave mechanism:

and this sliding door mechanism:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9cPD7KLccwA
to create an enchantment room with a sliding bookcase entrance activated by a furnace in my kitchen, and a timer that ticks while the door is open.
great success
