well after five years i can play COTW without lag issues.. .. i managed to get a better Computer put together that will run the game.

i want to thank Pete (OldMtnMan) for the offer of his old PC. i had come across a PC on ebay at a goodwill store. got a good deal on it. it had a i7 processor, 8gb memory, but no harddrive. no problem...i have harddrives, OS's and video card(not great but does the job)...throw them all in a bucket, shake them up for a while,..walaa...ain't the best, but it runs the game at about 35 to 55 fps, theclassic runs about 100fps. during the five years COTW has been released i tried to play, all times were about 5 to 10 minutes at a time.(didn't like that to much) i just did two hunts about 3 hours each..

there are good things i like about COTW and some thing i don't like......i will play it, but TheClassic is still my favorite .....

Awesome to know you got a PC improvement. Yeah, I play COTW too- but I agree Classic is my fav. Good to see ya Outrider.
