Other Dogs:

I would like to see an Irish Setter, A great upland bird dog.

You have Coon Hounds on the list, which consist of Red Bone, Black & Tan, Blue Tick, Walker, American English Red Tick, & Plott.
But these hounds not only hunt Coons, they can be trained to hunt other animals also, thus called Treeing Dogs.
As they also hunt Opossums, Squirrels, Bobcats, Bears, & Mountain lions.
American Bloodhounds were added in to Coon Hound lines to help their tracking abilities.
So you have 6 different types of dogs for Coon Hounds (Treeing Dogs) that should be noted.
One of the best, all around Hounds.

BTW........ You should Put the full Dogs Name Type..... American, German, English, to not confuse Dog Breeds, for what they are meant to do.
Example...... American Blood Hound. As Blood Hounds, Curs, are not World Dog Name Types.

I really hope they add the American Foxhound (not just used for foxes).

Guys take a look at this site.
http://www.outdoorlife.com/blogs/gun-do ... me-species

This site has been the best I found on different dogs for different species. Although this is based on american species I feel it can be extended for other species too.

They're not really "American" breeds, they're just the ones that are popular in the U.S., and the names we use. They were originally bred all over the world.

BTW, all dogs are the same species. In fact, they are the same species as wolves, the grey wolf I believe. (Canis Lupus). They are often referred to as Canis Lupus Familiaris (a subspecies), but are technically the same species as wild wolves, and can breed with them resulting in viable and fertile pups (not a hybrid between different species, which are usually infertile).
Personal Bests...

How about German Spaniels?
They would be brilliant for driven hunts and have a great sense of smell, too.
Not to forget that we (my family) used to have two ;)
