My dog didn't receive it's collar after purchasing the bundle today.

My suggestion is to go into any reserve, open your inventory, switch to 'Dog' category, make a screenshot showing that you really don't have the collar. Then submit the request at theHunter support website. Decribe what happened and attach the screenshot. It will surely be resolved quickly.

That would be great but it says I am suspended or something, won't let me process a request.

Hm, that's beyond my scope of knowledge, hopefully a moderator or someone from EW will be able to provide more help.

Just a guess, but did you purchase the dog from the "Sale" page in the store? It's confusing because they are the same price, but on the sale page you are just buying the dog with no collar. To get the bundle with collar, you need to purchase from the "bundles" tab.

wow really...I don't remember now...why would they do that? And more importantly why am I getting this?

I didn't do anything that deserves a suspension.

I don't understand where that conversation is happening, but I doubt you've been "suspended" from anything. Is that what you see when you try to submit a support ticket? There are reports that some people have problems submitting support tickets, but I'm not sure why.

When I go to the support page. It doesn't let me do anything. Says I'm suspended and can't process my request. I don't know, I'm getting over this game in a hurry, and that stinks because I love this game. The fact that they would have the bundle and sale price the same seems very deceptive to me as it is. I was trying to research the dogs to decide which animal I would choose, now I'd rather have my EM's back and just get a tent or gun. The fact that I can't even submit a support ticket is just terrible.

Dont worry you arent the only one who didnt get one. there was 2 sales for the same price, one gave no collar. Another great sales initiative
