Level 8 and Level 32 Notification say Focus Level 2

Description:
Focus Skill Level 2 was acquired at Level 8.
Level 32 Notification also states Focus Skill Level 2.
The stats correctly have Level 3. (In game, it only says Level 2). So, the problem is not in the stats, but in the notification of the Skill acquired. Very minor typo.

Steps to Reproduce:
Attain Level 32
