Pointer dog keybinds
in the menu keybinds are f10 for small game and f11 for big game.
Underwhat catagory does the fox class fall ? Feels like its missing a keybind for medium. Especially for voice commands

Re: Pointer dog keybinds
The default key, same as used for Retriever and Scent Hound, is for small game (you use that one for tracking the first things the dog can track, e.g. small birds, pheasants, rabbits).
At work so this might be incorrect, but from what I recall:
1. Small Game - Default key: "U" - Rabbits/Birds
2. "mid" Game - Default key: "F10" - Fox/Geese/Coyote
3. Big Game - Default key: "F11" - Deer/Bobcat

Re: Pointer dog keybinds
When I bought the Pointer I brought it out and I used the same command as I do for my Scent hound, telling it to "Seek" which makes VoiceAttack press "U". This made the dog run off and start tracking. Since the dog had zero levels and only the Rabbit/Bird skill this means "U" is the button for small game.rhapsodaisical wrote:xAncalagonx wrote:The default key, same as used for Retriever and Scent Hound, is for small game (you use that one for tracking the first things the dog can track, e.g. small birds, pheasants, rabbits).

And F11 is definitely Deer.
Which means F10 is for Fox and Geese.

Re: Pointer dog keybinds
I have always used F10 for rabbits/birds. Haven't tried the "U" key for Fox/Geese/Coyote, I always use the command wheel, but will have to try it out.

Re: Pointer dog keybinds
Mine show as F10 and F11 and I was -wondering- why one didn't work. It doesn't have all 3 commands show in the list :O

You have to be standing up to use the "U" key for Fox/Geese/Coyote. Took me a long time to figure that out.
