I saw something in another thread where something was not appearing in the store, and then changing the language of the site allowed the person to see and buy the item. Could it be that it's missing only in one language?

I don't know about the item but it's worth a try

Yes please add summer forest dog vest. I noticed when approaching my feeders on summer maps, the animals are spooking when I approach with my scent hound; however, on HF they aren't spooking with my scent hound because she is wearing the sneaky fall sneaky 3D vest. Come on now! The set is incomplete without the summer forest vest.
