I called mine Apache, by what it is a good tracker
And my golden retriever is called Sookie (the name of the heroine of the Trueblood series which is located in the Louisiana marshes
)

My dogs are called Banjo and Kazooie
Banjo is the male scent hound and Kazooie a female retriever.

My male light scent hound is named Atlas, mostly because he holds my hopes up when times get tough.
Also because it's a cool name. I've discovered that hunting without him can get lonely to be honest.

Mine is a light coat male named Hammer. Just got him today and my grandfather used to actually have a bluetick coonhound named Hammer. Thats why I went with it.

My golden lady is called Germania as I live in Germany and one of the best horses we bred was called Salve Germania and she won the Ballston Spa Handicap Gr.2 in Saratoga for us in 2009...... unforgettable moments in life......
