Dog Skill Levels differ by breed?

I was checking my scent hound and noticed that the skill level earned for level 14 didn't match the wiki (see pic below). This then led me to checking other dogs for comparison I came across Hunter Grease_48's dogs (see second pic). His Level 16 retriever accquired Skill 4 at level 14, but his Level 17 scent hound accquired Skill 3 instead. It looks like the wiki was written for retrievers and may be slightly different for other dogs. My Level 35 retriever's skills match perfectly with the table.

That's correct. The table was made when the retrievers came out. You are not the first one to notice inconsistencies with other dog types.

EW has never told anyone that other dogs have a different progression..
