The Port problem/multiplayer

Hello,
will there be a patch for multiplayer, so that it is possible to start a multiplayer game without spending time on this port work ?
I do not remember any game during the the last years, where it was not possible just to click on multiplayer. I dont`t have the time and patience to invest a lot of time just to bring the MP to work.
