Everything in the environment is in a "block"

I use my laptop to play games on steam, and with the hunter primal every time I start a game the trees, grass, and plants look like they are in blocks. If I use my old laptop everything is fine but my old laptop always overheats after a few minutes which is why I use my new laptop. The only setting I changed was making it full screen and changing the screen resolution to the same as my laptop. It's just bothering me seeing everything in a way it shouldn't be. If someone can help me change this that would be very helpful. Thank you
