Early access version should be available on December 15th. No price yet.
Here's some general stuff the devs have revealed/confirmed on store page and steam discussions:
- Early access starts 15th day and the actual release should be in March 2015
- a huge Jurassic world (24 km2 / 9.3 mi2)
- multiplayer with up to 16 players and PVP option.
- searching for guns and gear, persistent invetory, you lose your stuff on death etc. Very DayZ-esque overall
- no micro-transactions but there is in-game shop that lets you start with better stuff (basically that seems to mean thehunter store with gm$ only)
- render distance "is about the same."
- "Currently species do not interact with each other. But Utahraptors like to hunt in packs"
- early access will start with 3 species, release version will have two more species
- Weapons and Equipment:
12 GA Crowd Control Shotgun
.700 Double Rifle
.308 Marksman Rifle
Improvised Bow
.44 Disciplinary Handgun
Scopes
Different clothes with camouflage properties
Health sprays (of different qualities)
A triceratops caller
Secret map pieces - Will clear the fog on the game map
Settlermate - Your GPS/Dinotracker
(release version will have more weapons)
And then there's some controversial stuff to say the least...

I still really hope that one good shot to central nervous systems drops anything pretty much instantly but I'm getting a bit worried

And devs also said that eating restores health. I'm hoping this is mainly for the PVP part and not dinosaurs.
