Interesting food concoctions

I'm sure many of us have ways of eating some of our favorite foods with different ingredients. Anyone like salt and vinegar chips? I had sloppy Joe's yesterday for dinner and ended up putting a few on my sandwich. They really go good together. As far as plain potato chips go, has anyone ever tried them crinkled up on chocolate ice cream? It may sound a little odd but the saltiness and sweetness of the chocolate ice cream really go good together. I got another one for anyone who may dare to try it. Not many people like anchovies but I sometimes have a craving for them. I got a craving for salty foods. Sometimes I'll order a pizza and get Pineapples, Anchovies and Jalapenos on it. You get the sweetness, saltiness and spiciness all together with the tangy pizza sauce.

Anyone have any interesting food concoctions to share that aren't really popular?
