I tell my dog to stop snoring and then I go right back to sleep.

Honestly, it's really hard for me to sleep right now. Because I'm working all day long. And I have a very disrupted schedule. Sometimes I can go to bed at three in the morning. And wake up at 11:00. Some people might say that's crazy. But I agree with you. And when I can't sleep, I just start researching information that's useful to me. For example, yesterday I learned how to create animated videos. And now I wanted to try it in practice. In fact, I also like to read before I go to sleep.

I usually read.
Always keep my favourite book by my bedside. Whenever I can't sleep, I usually grabs the book and read. It helps me reduce stress and makes me fall asleep.

I usually find a music to sleep in YouTube and listen to it until I fall asleep. It really helps.

The sound of f1 is really soothing. If you are burned out or close to trying to read fatigues your brain so you get to sleep very fast

But for me I just try to do nothing and relax. Start to do chores is just counterproductive.
