Shotgun shooting shoulder pain?
Do we have any Bird or Clay shooters perhaps.
I have the problem in VR even when using a stock for my hand controllers that I get shoulder pain in no time.
I can have the same grip as my ak4 when doing my military service but was younger then, didnt shoot long series and not the same angles. Particularly up is tough

Sorry I’m lost are you saying it’s a recoil thing or a range of motion thing

It is called "OldTimers" disease, and I can tell you for a fact it will get worse.

There are two clay shooters in the game, but they don't throw very high:knott wrote:Do we have any Bird or Clay shooters perhaps.

1. Whitehart - The Causeway - Single throw
2. Logger's - Field Lodge - Double throw
Post your best scores.

Yeah that’s just getting old. Especially if you’ve been hard on your joints as I imagine you have if you’re ex forces.
Swimming will loosen you up mate, yoga will keep you loose. If it’s arthritis then it will never get better but you can slow down the degradation with diet and lifestyle. Low impact exercise can alleviate the pain believe it or not.
My elbows and knees are shot and I’m just shy of 30 so Its a done deal I’m going to suffer later on

My military service was just 9 month not doing much but used the shoulders a lot att work so its probably that. Just over 40 but last year I feel I aged 10.

Back a while ago my friend used shoulder pads when shooting a 12 gauge pump, we made fun of him a LOT.
