Indeed is not normal, but once the exception is added it shouldn't ask every time you need go to the site, the exception should be saved and you would be entering to the site just like always, still is an issue that should be looked up soon, because not everyone feel comfortable adding security exception on websites, i did because is UHC, but is not something you normally do to enter a site you dont know nothing about.

ok, i did all that and it aint working for some reasons and each page i want to see in UHC , is giving me the privacy stuff. So, since it's not on my side , i'll let UHC fix this .

The SSL certificate expired this morning. I renewed it two days ago but the certificate issuer is still processing the order for some reason. I'm on the road right now but will be home later this evening. If the order has not been processed I will buy a second certificate from another vendor.
Rest assured there is no reason to worry. The website ran for years without an SSL certificate. Browsers are just throwing up an error now because it has expired. If you were to see such an error when logging into your bank account or to any other site where you enter a credit card or other personal information, then it would definitely be a red flag.
