I think they are excellent and add a little more fun to bowhunting, especially now that you have to buy ammo anyway.

I've been using them almost exclusively since they were released.
It makes it easier to follow a wounded animal & mark their last known position.
If a wounded animal leaves render range, a copy of the tracer gets left at that position so you can see where they traveled.
If there is line of sight, you can see the tracer from render range away.
If you miss, the tracer will be visible where it landed so you can make a quick adjustment.
And, as mentioned, you can watch the flight of the arrow.
Definitely worth their weight in gold!
