I have both but I've actually never used the black one. Just picked it up during the big sales for the 10 year anniversary. Differences are strictly cosmetic, so I assume I'll like the camo one better.

As for a review since this is the review thread, it's all pretty well been covered. Excellent gun for fox, coyote, bobcat, and lynx. Loads of fun on BRR to clean up goats fleeing from a feeder. Good double duty on VdB, Hemmeldal, and Hirschfelden for the varmint/roe deer combo choice. I like it...rated excellent!

I think a black AR-15 makes more sense than a camo one, but both look nice.
I must bring attention to the bug that they currently don't share skills, though.

Thanks. Didnt find any youtube videos of the black one but will probably get it. Have a lot of fun with the wood version for sniping foxes and hunting feral goats and occasional kangaroo.. 243 is better I guess for sniping but for some reason I preferr the. 223.

I got the black version. Do like the design though a bit bulky. It will not be the most economical weapon for hunting Dall sheep it appear. Good species to level the rifle on. Sitka deer should be legal as well I would think though.

I've been rallying the .223 for Sitka since day one.

The iron sights though... WTH was they thinking? The idea for ironsights is better fov. I see much less through this then through scope and it takes tons of time reacquire foxes doe to all the black bars around the sight. I guess it´s great if you aim directly at the sun but what other pro are there?
