Good plus- can take out whole groups of coyote and turkey easily. needs perfect shot placement with bigger game. Take the snakebite for the bigger stuff.

It´s the most op weapon in the game. Hit the toe nail of a moose and he will go down. The precision with the 5-pin sight is so good that is easy to achieve!

Nothing not to like beside not being able to go prone with it.

Better for brown bear then turkey as it´s a guaranteed harvest 100 % guaranteed. Shot placement not important whatsoever dunno why people keep reiterating that :)

Yeah since the bow update. There's no good reason to take the snakebite over the Parker for big game. Seeing how now the Parker is just as if not more powerful than how the snakebite was before the bow update. The accuracy, I would argue makes it a better bow for big game now.

Before the patch that added & calculated change (kinetic energy) to most of our weapons, I was reluctant in carrying the Python, except for Turkey & Coyote.
I'm very happy to say, that the patch that corrected the faults and adjusted the performance of the weapons, I always carry the Python when it comes to hunting with a bow, doesn't matter if it's hunting for Wild Boar, Moose, or any of the Bears, the Python is now a precision, deadly weapon, IF - you are accurate, it will do the job! :o :D 8-)

Love it. Get the 5-pin sight and you'll never use any other bow.
I take it for every hunt.

Had reservations about this bow for a long time and it went with me only if a mission or comp demanded it.

But I spent a full day with this yesterday and I've come to realise just how good it is. I still prefer the cross-bow for accuracy and prone when hunting but the quietness of this has revealed a very effective and specialised use - bin pigs and bin bear. All kinds of awesome on known ranges.

And while I have the 5 pin sight, I haven't used it yet, so the best it seems, is yet to come. :)

I shot a buddies Parker hunting bow yesterday and man, pretty amazing. It's 65# and like 80-90% let off, I think you could hold it forever. It's not the quietest thing in the world but not bad. It's got some radical cams' and he has vibration dampers all over the thing and it's so small and lite it feels like a toy, until you draw it back

And shooting with the tracer nocks is pretty awesome.
