i killed a few with it fleeing didnt finish the mission yet standing still did

last one now will do it later.

It would not give it to me that way or walking, and I tried a few.
I guess it's only bugged for everyone but me........

If you start at the bottom lodge, go NW where the 3 roads meet, guaranteed to find some bobcats there.
