Had the same problem, try and spot one which is less than 190. I just fast travelled and called till one walked in. Best of luck mate.

Don't worry, happened to me also.. they come back after that mission is done.........

Don't think I'll take on the missions. I would have to buy at least two weapons. Ugh! Maybe if the amount of gm$ for each mission were posted I would be enticed to spend the money on the new weapons.

I think all mission-sets with 10 tasks pay the same.
But here you go:
