inverted whistling sound [3318]

Bug Report
Game Mode: MP
Description:
If you join a multiplayer game and walk near by another player and he/she whistles,
you did not hear the whistle sound on the correct side.
Means: I hear the sound on right side, if a player who walk left to me and whistles.
Steps to Reproduce:
Join with another player a mp game.
Player A walk left, Player B walk right.
Player A whistles. Player B hears the sound on the right side.
