Or even better: have a quick reply option with the most commonly used function buttons. Like type formatting, IMG- and URL tags.

How about removing the Quick reply option? How many of you actually use it?

I use it, but if it'll help overall, it can be removed. It's not a necessity and it's not like there would be no way to reply anymore lol.

That'd mean to throwout the baby with the water in my eyes!

I use that frequently and would rather have no change than that being removed.

Because what would anyone gain by removing it? You would be forced to open the full editor every time. But one can do that already when wanted. It'd be the same click of a button andloading of a page as now. No gain in functionality at all.

<nod> I use it (quick reply) all the time. The only time I use the full editor is if I need the extra controls (formatting, colors, urls etc...)

Same as using reply function and all the options popping up? I think it's efficient.

9 times over 10 i need to include a link or an image in my posts . actual quick reply is not enough complete IMO . i think quick reply should include main functions bold , size, img , url , quote , youtube ..
