Location issue

When purchasing em$, the system seems to 'forget' the set language.
My laptop is setup in English, the game is configured in English. I go into Paypal, get the transaction done .. as I return .. everything in Arabic. My IP address is in the Middle East ..
I usually just dump the app at this point, and restart. Luckily, the transactions are complete by this time.
So although I can carry on, I can't really buy em$ 'in game', and it is a quite annoying 'feature'.
