Bow not registering for Comp "Compound Bow Pulsar "Blazing Orange"

it's actually been a few times I've used this bow to hunt for competition like the bear n bow , now this time the new turkey competition called gobble stalker which I used the Compound bow blazing orange, it simply just does not register for my competition and when i change to snake bite it actually registers. is it me or everyone is having the same issue?
