Lost UI with Bear Barrel

Description:
Placed Bear feeder to fill, immediately pressed E to fill and lost the HUD/UI. Lost UI like in this thread: https://forum.thehunter.com/viewtopic.php?f=179&t=89487
Same issue with E-caller, E key & LMB & IDK

After exiting and re-starting the game, I was able to fill and pick up the bear feeder. However I am now unable to place the same feeder in the place it was or anyplace on RFF,Only message is "Can not place bait site here". If I get close to a tower or tripod I get the too close 5/15 from tower. I ran all over but it stayed red.

Went to SC where I have another barrel, removed that empty barrel and placed the full barrel with no problems. Back to RFF, I can not place either feeder now. Just get the "Can not place bait site here" text. I can place tents & tripods in the same location, yes it is where bears travel as there are bear tracks. Roughly x -11800/y -3635. There is only one barrel currently on RFF. i was trying to place a 2nd one.

Steps to Reproduce:
Still unable to reproduce. Place feeder & immediately pressed E & LMB. Something with E & LMB click or E & LMB & mouse movement.
