Re: Zoom lag in VdB
Until this issue is fixed I might have found a temporary solution. Turn up your settings (Multisample Anti-Aliasing / Anisotropic Filtering) as much as possible to bring down the FPS in the game. I never felt like turning those up because I have had issues in the past, but now this change has fixed the sticky problem for me.

Re: Zoom lag in VdB
I tried upping Anti-aliasing/Anistropic to their max values. No help. Then I returned them to their lowest settings (default for me) and turned on Vertical Sync. THAT solved the problem for me.

Thank you devs. After the update with the fix, I turned off Vsync and it works perfectly. Excellent!

Even after you(HooCairs) was able to reproduce the exact same problem, 38 days before gogos14 created a post looking for help
@ Mouse problem , unresponsive on slow movement you still persist that was not a game issue
I'm still able to reproduce the problem, in any map, till this day...and I do remember this problem when I first start playing the game back in 2014.
I'm used to play with low sensitivity(DPI 400 @1000HZ POLLING RATE.), The fact I can't make follow-up shots on flying birds(with the .17 for example) because the game may/will stop recognizing motion it's totally messed up.
FACT: IT ONLY HAPPEN ON X-AXIS
What I'm using:
Mouse related:
if you toggle Free Look ON you are able to look around without any delayed movement

Mouse related:
- Logitech G502
- Firmware 103.1.10
- Driver/Software 9.02.65
- 6/11 - Enhance pointer precision OFF
- Both Lowest and Highest Look/Aim Sensitivity
- 100 DPI / 400 DPI / 12.000 DPI being Lowest / What I use / Max for my mouse
- Xbox One Wireless Controller
- if you push back the extremes(and use lowest sensitivity for both Look and Aim) it's possible to reproduce even without any items in hands
- iron sight
- any binoculars type item/scope it's easier to see it,
- if you are walking and using a binocular/scope, it get even worse.
- I'm able to reproduce it with my Xbox One Wireless controller,
without any items in hand.

Re: Zoom lag in VdB
I really think that the problem is only related with the game engine,
was able to recreate the problem even without any movement, only using the weapon "wobble"
