7.62x54R SP Ammunition way too heavy

7.62x54R SP Ammunition way too heavy

Title says it all.
7.62x54R weight .75 per box while even the .45-70 weights .7 and the 9.5 weights .65.
Should be something around .5 and .6, looking at the other cartridge's weight.
