Loadouts with 10-Year event items not working

If you put on any of the 10-Year Anniversary Jackets, or the T-shirt, and try to save your loadout, all changes you made will be completely ignored.

Steps to reproduce are simple:

1) Edit/Create a loadout. Save it.
2) Load it up for a session to confirm it was saved properly.
3) Put on a 10-Year Anniversary clothing item and make any changes to your other equipment.
4) Save the loadout again.
5) Try loading it up -- and you're back to previous setup, with no changes from step 3 saved.
