Weapons Not Reporting To UI On Level Up

I think this is a combination of them not reporting when they level up in game, but are calculated later instead of after the hunt. I've gone back through my spreadsheets because
I keep my guns there for quick reference of what's at what level, had 8 guns that had leveled up, but never got the notification in game.
