And I've always wanted a Ferrari as a birthday present...!

On a serious note: how much em$ would you want for each mission / mission set? There's more than 350 missions right now and even if EW gave away only 10 em$ for each mission in average, they would lose a lot of money. That's the reason gm$ were introduced: you get something for missions, you can buy some stuff with it, but they made sure we still have to invest real money for the important things. This is a niche game - and like every business it has to be profitable, else it's going to die!
