Babirusa instead of feral hog in Piccaben bay
I'm just playing with the idea to swap feral hog to Babirusa in the only jungle map.
Feral hog is a little bit boring now, and can be found in a lot of other maps..
I know babirousa is an endangered species, but so does polar bear..
So why not to hunt?
It would be a really unique trophy...
Is there anyone agree?

I must be honest, when I saw the picture I was scared. If I meet one of these at Piccabeen Bay, I get a heart attack.

Huge plus one for taking the feral hog out of PB and swapping it for pretty much anything.

Love this idea! What an extraordinary beast this is! And what an improvement for PB!
I've come to love PB, but swapping in this guy for the Feral Hog?... it would be a huge success! I couldn't thank them enough, and you the OP for suggesting it. Excellent idea!

Most definitely! It has my vote too. The FH is boring, I'd love to see something like Babirousa! 4 sure. Peace.

I would be in favor of removing the FH also .
There was some talk at the time of release of PB, of a Cassowary , and that i liked at that time .

Oh my god, what a terrible looking creature.. YES! The feral hogs were argued against by many, many people before Piccabeen Bay was released but EW/Alena didn't give a damn and did it anyway. I would LOVE to see this animal in PB instead of the ridiculous barnyard pigs that look completely out of place there and thus completely take me out of the immersion.
Edit: Hahahahah! I used a "naughty word circumvention" in my post and it was kindly edited out for me(thank you!), but the result is not quite my original intent. So, instead of "What a bad bird.", I will now say "What a KICK bird!"
Me too! I was, and still am, all for the Cassowary. What a bad bird. They look sweet and would seek to mess you up. Such a missed opportunity, a bird that attacks you, my god how unique and terrifyingly amazing that would be.DYEUZ wrote:I would be in favor of removing the FH also .

Re: Babirusa instead of feral hog in Piccaben bay
I got to tell you that Babirusa is one ugly Hippo skinned Pig looking animal! I don't think it would make much difference replacing the scroungy looking Feral Hog with it.
Remember Crocodiles? They were on that list also with the Water Buffalo and Cassowary.
Cassowary though? not as ugly or ferocious as a cruel Croc! Especially when it's picking all that rotten meat & guts or feathers (Cassowaries do have feathers) out of between its teeth.
Crocs are my kind of ugly sharp toothed lizard looking bad breath I eat anything predator!
Oh, and one more thing I should mention about Crocs...... they also eat Magpie Geese.....
They would be right at home on Piccabeen Bay.... and Look at the height on this jumper........that's amazingly crazy!
I wouldn't feel very safe in a tri-pod stand around these guys...
