As it's a hybrid i really don't see any chance at all to see it in the game at any point

I hope not. It's a hybrid born by mistake in a zoo in Canada.
It is an animal that is not present in nature

Doesn’t really matter where they are found, because Jaglions are hybrid species born in captivity and cannot survive in the wild. Basically, a Jaglion is a fantasy animal, like the Liger.
