I guess I have never had that problem. I learned early on what tree shapes will accept a stand & dont even bother trying them anymore. Besides you only need on TS on TGT. Put one up at x: -5891.717

RME, Muleys & Griz routinely near it. Its the best spot I have found yet.

Quite fresh. As for me, I don't like it much and prefer honey&chili one:

But it's offtopic probably because there is no chili bush on TGT map where we could try to mount a tree stand.
