A Red dot sight could be fun for all the rifles, not just the Blaser

Also good info on shooting cinemas in the beginning ;)

IF they can get it to work like true dot sights. There's already one for the pump action shotgun but it basically works like a magnified optic only the crosshairs are made different. The same goes for handgun scopes that should have a long eye relief which greatly adds to peripheral awareness (in real life), but instead you get the same old tunnel vision.

...while incredibly narrowing the FOV through the scope.

But you're right. Both should not look like they do in the game.

Well, yes, but there is a discipline to keep both eyes open on handgun scopes. Took a while for me to get used to it myself, but mine's only a 2x anyway. It's a very weird sensation where your brain can shift focus on your weaker eye for periphery then jump back instantaneously to your dominant eye. Not sure how that's gonna pan out on a monitor though. I remember playing an fps game way back where the sight picture of the red dot looks ok, but its body is slightly transparent so you can still see what's happening around the sights focus.

Red Dot Shotgun Scope

I've never bothered to get the red dot scope, because I'm not into pheasant shooting, i have the pump to 250 kills and i like the SxS.
I know nothing about real guns, but shouldn't we be able to put the Red Dot on the O/U SG?
