I think it would be great to have another calibre for medium game. I also like it because it is a bit unusual.

A .243 with a magazine would be a nice addition and with the bipod you should be able to get clean shots even on medium sized animals. ( WT , Mule Deer, ...)
Have to agree in this one...voted for the .243 aswell

Why you give us new calibre and the rest terrible options? I would love to see .300 win mag as option but don`t think it will happen. The rest of options is pretty silly. Obviously the 7mm 08 will win this poll.

I know its now nearly 37 pages of text, but this rifle is based off a rifle in real life and these are the calibres that is comes in :)

I voted for 7 mm. Among the proposed is the most versatile caliber.

Looking at the current results, it smells like we are getting the 7mm-08.

But I hope you don't overlook the second place, the .243

So next rifle should be something like this:

Thanks for explanation. But why is so important with this gun to follow strict IRL calibers options? Have voted for .243 calibre I think this needs an attention in theHunter.

The advantages of interchangeable barrels don't really show up in a game of this sort, as you can just pack a second gun for approximately the same weight/space penalty. Only in the real world, where custom stock fit, limit on the number of guns one can own, and real costs in the five figures are considerations, do interchangeable barrels or insert barrels start to make more sense.

I'm tickled pink that they came out with a drilling at all. I've wanted one in the game for years, but never expected them to actually make one. For the type of mixed-bag hunting in theHunter, it's absolutely perfect. Now they just need to give us a dachshund.
