Re: Calibre Competition
"The Steyr Scout is available in a choice of Black, Mud, Green and White, and it is available chambered in .223 Remington, .243 Winchester, 7mm-08 Remington and .308 Winchester calibers." - https://www.steyr-arms.com/us/steyr-scout.html
Is the 7mm in the poll the 7mm WM that we currently have in the game, or a new 7mm-08 round?

It's "Tod", with one bloody 'd'!

The 7-08 is used in countries where the .308 is forbidden, so is pretty much the same power

Re: Calibre Competition
If the .308 in the game wasn't so horrible I would vote .308. I would like to see the free .243 replaced with a magazine rifle, but no one wants to buy a 243. 7mm will win the poll by a landslide.

Re: Calibre Competition
Of course it will. There is a choice between one calibre for small game only (.223) and two that are rather weak in this game (.243 and .308) - and then we have a very versatile and pretty powerful calibre that can kill everything from roe deer to bison. This poll looks more like a rhetorical question to me.XxStrong1xX wrote:7mm will win the poll by a landslide.

Re: Calibre Competition
We actually were not sure how it would go! I was pretty sure the .223 would not feature highly, but I thought perhaps the other 3 would be a bit closer. Like mentioned by Strong, a .243 might have been nice! It is super early days, I have seen polls do stranger thingsTanngnjostr wrote:Of course it will.
