Re: Calibre Competition (New Voting Options)
I vote for the 7mm - 08 caliber, ideal for middle to small game and is a good stable rifle.

I vote for 7mm-08. I have never used this caliber and I wonder how it's works.

I still vote for the 7mm-08, but make it legal from fox to all elk, would be weird for only one elk to be legal.

Voted again, still for the .243 because its under represented and the new 7mm doesn't sound like its offering anything new that isn't already well covered.

Re: Calibre Competition (New Voting Options)
I agree with that and thats my vote by the same reasons and whe dont need the 7mm-08 caliber in the gameOswald74 wrote:EW has made the .308 an option for the new rifle.nachthexe wrote:… I think this is not the correct spot to discuss that. ..
I think it's the best place to tell them that the majority will not vote for the .308 not because it's bad in reallife, but it's really, really bad ingame!
My choice would have been the .308 because bipod + powerful cartridge = winner.
Now I choose .243 because we have only bolt action rifles.

Still Voted .308. Just because i think its the best fitting choice for that rifle. And i Still hope for a Powerupgrade for the .308.

Re: Calibre Competition (New Voting Options)
From the available options I voted for the .243 because we already have many rifles for medium to big game , but most of them can`t be used on smaller animals like foxes and cats.
A .243 with a magazine would be a nice addition and with the bipod you should be able to get clean shots even on medium sized animals. ( WT , Mule Deer, ...)
