If you have many decoys close, you see the total number when zooming out. Mine says 108 over the goose setup and 72 over the duck setup.K4n4y wrote:Something is intriguing me about Sansaoo's setup here :

Above the decoys we can see the number 30, i always assumed that above 24 decoys ( 24 is supposed to be the maximum for a single setup ) it will then split up and appears as 2 different setups with one having number 24 and the other having number 6 reported.
So, is having 30 decoys apparently stacked and grouped together normal, does this effectively stack above 24 ?
Thanks.

Do you have a reasoning? If you say "definitely", there must be a very obvious reason why the winner should not have won, or why someone else clearly should have won. What is the community missing that you haven't?Ongeki wrote:Definitely seems like a popularity contest.

Thanks for the answer, I only have 18 decoys but i always assumed the numbers will be separated above 24 no matter how many "full" setups you get on a close area.HooCairs wrote: If you have many decoys close, you see the total number when zooming out. Thanks for the precision.

Re: Best reserve set-up competition - Voting
The allegation that this would be a competition where those with the biggest friends circle and the ones with highest popularity win was raised already early during the voting, and was even commented by the Developers at that time.
Fact is that there is no way to proof or to rebut this statement without further investigation; it is one of these "killer arguments" where you can't win no matter what your response is. So I guess unless we do not have more evidence for one or the other possibility, we must treat such bland and pretty unfounded outings as what they are: a sign of subjective annoyment because the result differs from the expectations of the writer.
I also want to thank all who took the time to look at all these settings and to vote. My own voting (casted pretty early in this comp) shows an amazing overlap with the final result, by the way, which gives me personally the satisfying impression that the quality of the settings was not totally negligible in the decisions of the community...

I really wish "#6: Hawkeman's Hemmeldal set-up" would have made it into the store. I really like the value of these bundles (bought 4 of them) but I have all the hog feeders I can make use of and more ground blinds than I will ever use.
