Does anyone know the procedure and programs needed to get set up to broadcast live on Twitch like NAOutdoors is doing?

Re: Twitch
It is Justin.tv which you need. Or you can do it via X-Fire, as REPSNAKE has managed.
I have created an Justin.tv account some time ago already, but subsequently was lost with the required details to get a LifeStream running. So, I also would appreciate a detailled, step by step "how-to-do" here, if one of our experts bothers to spend the time - instead of broadcasting...

Re: Twitch
I think I've got it working. I'll step you through it as best as I can.
First get a twitch / justinTV account - free
Second get a broadcaster . I got XSplit.core. and there recommended drivers. also free
Third From XSplit select a channel to broadcast to (JustinTV)
Create shortcut keys through XSplit - I use Alt+numberpad 0/Ins (Both are NOT used by thehunter)
Open the game in windowed mode - deselect full screen from the options panel when opening the game.
when ready to broadcast use your hot keys to begin
Feel free to e-mail me for more help.

Re: Twitch
I am using Dyyno Universal Broadcaster. It's more simple and you get 10 free broadcast to try it and if you buy before Nov. 30th it's only $50.
Download Dyyno, Install.
Start Dyyno (by default it's set to justin.tv)
Start your game
When game starts hit F7 and your broadcasting
To end broadcast, end your game or hit Ctrl+Alt+F7
