Black Bears RFF - no fur variations, only common

Description:
Spotted over 40 Black bears and killed over 20 all were common variety. This is not normal.


Steps to Reproduce:
Go to RFF and see if you can find a black bear that is not common.

Have not checked other reserves.

Checked RB only found common, just did last Black bear mission and got Blonde, so the spawn rates must be screwed up, sucks as doubt will get a 23+ Blonde now to complete the set for Lodge..

I know, why finished pack to see if still in game. As missions still spawned it means not been removed so spawn rates must be screwed up. No way you would spot 40 odd and kill 20 and all be common.

I would bet that it would have something to do with the accidental "skinless" bears from the Halloween event appearing on Redfeather. They fixed that at the time; perhaps something in that fix has currently messed up the other colorations?
