Rusa female behavior
Sometimes, the female Rusa is just stopping, it has some sort of animations cycle but it doesn't move at all. I waited 10 minutes, then 15, then 30 and finally an hour and it didn't move an inch. Other time you can walk around it, but the A.I. won't kick in, you can do whatever you want. Once there was a row of three Rusa females stopped, they were just standing (animations were present) and I killed them from 1 m with a bow, they didn't react. Something is wrong with Rusa female A.I. Maybe you can look into it.

Re: Rusa female behavior
Found in both Sambar Deer and Rusa Deer. It appears to be seen in animals that were previously frightened.
