Phew! Ok, fat lady is singing a happy tune! ;) I may have lost my biggest bird by one second the other day, but I managed to squeak in an improvement with just one second to spare today! :o AND, it got me over the 54,000! :D
Still not anywhere near a winning score, but I didn't give up and I accomplished my goal... and that's important, too. :)

Without further ado, it's time to announce the forum members with undeniably
The Biggest Wood:

1st Place and bringing home 2000EM$! CatznCurlz with a score of 58,728.5505
Honorary 2nd Place and bringing home a whole lotta nothing! xOEDragonx with a score of 58,699.9695
2nd Place and bringing home 1500EM$! ppgunz with a score of 58,474.4938
3rd Place and bringing home 1000EM$! Radamus with a score of 57,678.5609
4th Place and bringing home 500EM$! TheWind7 with a score of 57,093.1196
Congratulations to all of the winners!
Looks like it's NOT the guys with the biggest wood around here...
EM$ will be transferred to the winners accounts as soon as possible. Thanks to all who participated in this one and for those who stuck it out even after the birds were made to be a little spookier. They're a challenge to hunt now, but that's probably a bit more fair for the poor birds. We were tearing them up at the start. I hope everyone had a good time regardless. Don't forget to get your grizzlies entered in the mini-comp, your Valentine's competition attempts completed, and prep yourselves for whatever surprise the devs have in store for us this week!
Any discrepancies in the winning scores will be addressed accordingly.

Congratulations to the winners!
Hunting these birds was fun, but by now I think I am going to leave them for a while to focus on other animals...

It was quite fun while you learn about this new animal, because I had never hunted any before
and a bit frustrating because he changed his way of acting, but I would repeat without hesitation, thanks
and congratulations to the winners and the rest of the winners and participants

Yes, indeed! Congrats to the top 4 winners- well done folks. Again the sister duo showed us how it should be done. Friggin' awesome! Great comp, I had fun tryin' to be a contender, but the big birds illuded me, right from the get go. ;)

How about that Girl Power! yall lead the way and destroyed it!
Thanks for the comp Ash! I had fun beating my brains out on these birds. It sure gave me a good understanding the "where, when and how's" to hunting these birds.
Of course it's always more fun when you're in the mix with all these masters of the EHR -

Thanks also to Splainin for keeping the spreadsheet up. If you're a numbers cruncher person, there's a lot to take away from looking at the numbers.
I can't remember an animal that burned up the time as fast as this one. The clock seemed to fly, especially that last hour when I was sweating it knowing I needed to find something better than the first 2 hours.

Oh, forgot this - in one hunt, I picked up a norse pot AND a Bizzantine coin!

Some awesome scores by the top 4 (5) very well done ladies ;) Congratulations :!:
Although i couldn't keep up with their huge wood's , i had a lot of fun participating in this one. :D
And even if only 4 of us could stand on the podium at the end we've all learned something and we all became better grouse hunters that's for sure.
Thanks xOEDragonx for this fun comp and to everyone joining in .
