Bagged him but still have the really nice track. Finally, I spot him. He never called once, never came to a call the whole time. It's now or never. I had to shoot him standing at 130m - NOT what I want to do, but I was going to lose him in trees again. So yeah, if not for that track, I'd be breaking out my shine box :lol:
:shock: :evil: :evil: Rad, you are one LUCKY "sand on the beach"!!! :? No skill there, just pure luck...

Smokin1 wrote:Well.... it wasn't a total loss. I leveled up my 300 to level 13 with this pretty little guy. Yes, I risked the shot, but I got him. With that being said... I missed the shot on the fox afterwards. :cry: So, yay... I should've know. Oh well, I still have 2 attempts left. Good Luck all.

1st attempt: https://www.thehunter.com/#profile/smok ... /111978239 missed a shot or two... :twisted: :roll:

Well that went better, and I made it just in time to post a score... a low score, but a score none the less. Got myself my first common blue arctic fox, and I shot one at 147m, patting myself on the back here, not bad for someone, who's hunter score isn't even 2000 yet, :roll: but I'm getting there. This hunt was a challenge for sure, trying so hard not to shoot all the Dal sheep that appeared, not fair. Oh well... here's my score ;)

2nd attempt: https://www.thehunter.com/#profile/smok ... /112003990

Arctic Fox: (12.0924) + (5.485 kg) = 17.5774 B&C Scoresheet link: https://www.thehunter.com/#profile/smok ... /886949444
+
Arctic Fox: (12.1012) + (5.489 kg) = 17.5902 B&C Scoresheet link: https://www.thehunter.com/#profile/smok ... /886964719
+
Arctic Fox: (11.4751) + (5.205 kg) = 16.6801 B&C Scoresheet link: https://www.thehunter.com/#profile/smok ... /886964567

CTS = 51.8477 :lol: :D

:arrow: Smokin1', good job. With a HS of 2000 or less, you better hit the woods... bring that HS up a few. Lookin' back a couple of pages, your 2nd attempt beat Rad's 2nd attempt- imagine what you may have been able to pull off if you managed a 3rd attempt... :lol: ;) Respect

BCKidd.
