Next Gen Mini Comp #34 by BCKidd

These competitions will last 48 hours! Keep your eyes open for the next!
I’ll be using a point system- 1st Place 6 points, 2nd Place 5 points, 3rd place 3 points, per mini-comp win. You will need 30 points to get a payout of 1000EM$. Anything over 30 points gets carried over to your next score.
Non-participation in any mini-comp does not subtract from any points you accumulate. Your points accumulate with each and every win!
30 points = 1000EM$.
All submissions must be made in the English language.
~~It is the competitors responsibility to know when the comp starts and ends in their Time Zones. Here is a handy link: https://savvytime.com/converter/gmt-to-pst

Essentially, I will announce on this thread when the comp officially starts and ends.

Well, I think I could do better if I could put more time into it, but at least I got caught up on some of the invoicing I was a bit behind on. Overall, it felt like a good night. :) But, how the heck do they drop on site with lung shots, zero wound time, and still not be 100% HV?

Coyote: (120.410) x (74.078 % HV) = 89.1973

Any score is better than mine  . I don't even have three that were hit in the H/L. My distance sucked too. I will certainly best my current score of zero  in next attempt, or before the comp ends. ;) Respect,

BCKidd.

Yes that's weird.I had the same thing happen. Can't really explain where the % loss happens as you shot 1 of your Yotes in the liver and still got 100%.
I assume the .300 is just too strong for the Dogs.
I also dropped one of them at 223 m but the scoresheet wasn't showing anything ... still had 100% HV on that one :?

Attempt 1 : https://www.thehunter.com/#profile/_fau ... /111573485

Coyote: (107.130 m) x (68.41%) = 73,2876 B&C Scoresheet link: https://www.thehunter.com/#profile/_fau ... /882583640

Coyote: (108.850 m) x (73.542%) = 80,0505 B&C Scoresheet link: https://www.thehunter.com/#profile/_fau ... /882597063

That is exactly what it is. I used the 7mm Raptor/Bullpup for my first yote, dropped it in it's spot at 42m and only got 65% HV. Switched to the 7mm-08 and was getting 100% HV at 150+m, but the bullets seemed to like the liver too... I think in my next attempt I'll go with the 243 or 223, won't get good distance but will get 100% HV, I hope. I might even go with the .17 HMR. Getting 100% HV on the yotes and getting a good distance, is what makes this comp a bit of a challenge. So the big score to beat is 480+- good job Splainin'. ;) Respect,

BCKidd.
