Very fun and very challenging doing it all with no scopes.
Weights are nothing too crazy so far, but a start has been made.
Found some shrooms and eggs so I´m gonna make a nice omelette and get some rest for the next attempt

The good news is I got another successful attempt to submit. but thats about all that was good there
Had real bad luck with the moose in this comp.
From the 80 moose i spotted only one(1) had a max. weight bigger than 580 kg and that one ended up beeing only a 572 kg.
The other animals aren't too great either as i spent most of the time trying to find a big moose bull, thinking a good score would be near impossible without one.
Well, it wasn't meant to be this time. But once my eyes stop bleeding from the iron sight aiming I´ll be back

ARGH!!! Well, here is where "you don't know what you don't know" comes into play... and how I can screw up on the RoE no matter what!!!
"NO PLATFORMS ALLOWED".... I *thought* that meant "no tree stands, no stands, no towers..." nothing that got you up off the ground to give you a better view.

In retrospect, I think lucked out completely on this attempt. How?

Well, when I harvested the moose I shot, I got the notice that I completed the "Camper's Delight" mission. Cool- a bonus! I paused the game, went to go activate the next mission and see just what it was I accidently accomplished.
"Campers Delight: Harvest a Moose Bull with at least 18 typical points from a Treestand, Blind, Tripod Stand or Tower." I was confused, as I didn't use any of those... and then I had a dreadful thought.
"Tripod Stand". I was using the Tripod Rest! Was that counting as a platform?? I took a quick look at the moose's scoresheet... and sure enough, there under "Platform" was the tripod rest!!

SO... I think I lucked out on this one as, even though I had also already harvested a bear, I was only in the game for 16+ minutes. It's not like I had hours invested that were all wasted because I was unknowingly breaking one of the RoE's the entire time.
